RETURN &Â REFUND POLICY
Most new, unopened items are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are allowed after an item is purchased as long as your order has not been fulfilled. Most fulfilled items are eligible to be refunded after the item is received back to Passionate TCG.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will ship within 3 business days. All preorder items will ship once all of the items in your order have arrived to us.
Please be aware that there can be delays with manufactures and suppliers getting products out to us, for timely shipping.
